I’ve been here a couple of times now and I’ve had a great experience every time, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone has a great bedside manner and has taken good care of me, and the front desk employees are lovely as well (day time and night time). So glad to have a place like this close to me

I have been to this location 2 times in a month and both times it was fast, and professional. I took my 4 yr old both times not sure if it was an emergency and both times I saw a Dr. and was told it wasn’t an emergency. NO CHARGE! I pay as I go and do not have insurance. This place will evaluate you and then tell you what the cost is. Then if you want to continue or do not need to continue they let you leave without any charge. Both times I was relieved to know my child was ok and blessed they didn’t charge me.

My husband and I went in to be tested for Covina and our experience was a very pleasant one. The receptionist was so nice, the nurse who came in to administer the test was so nice and caring and nurse Sharon was awesome and so caring as she explained our results. We were so pleased with the quality of care we received. Thank you everyone at Texas Emergency Care Center. May God bless you all.

I was treated at the Atascocita location June 27,2020. I have asthma, bilateral pneumonia, and tested positive for COVID19. My health was deteriorating and I was afraid. Nurse Sharon made me feel comfortable when I noticed how knowledgeable she is. The staff saved my life and I will never forget it. This is an exceptional emergency center. I’m forever grateful for their help. If ever in need of emergency care I will go thi this location. Nurse Sharon is a true angel

I did not have to wait when l got there. I was taken right away. Everyone was very patient and efficient. I was treated with great care and the utmost respect. Everything was explained to me in a clear and efficient manner before and after x-rays. Going home instructions were clear and efficient as well. Great experience coming here. I brought my daughter in because she split her lip pretty bad, and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish. The nurse was super prompt and Dr. Cantu was so nice and gentle with her. Did not wait long at for them to get everything ready. Dr. Cantu was very thorough and explained everything before and after the stitches.

The receptionist was very polite, the nurses who saw me were polite and the Dr. was very easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner. The clinic was very neat and clean, including the examination room and bed. I’ll surely go there again in a flash if I or any of my family ever need to.

This ER is absolutely amazing. I was taken into a room before I could start the paperwork. My vitals were taken immediately and the nurse was very quick to ask why I was here and no more then 5 minutes I was introduced to Dr. Simons. He was excellent and bed side manner could not be topped. I was given an iv by the nurse all that was explained to me as the nurse did it.I must admit she performed it Extremely well.. I was given a CAT scan and within being there just over 1/2 hour I had the results. Everything was discussed with me and was so amazed that the Dr. could read my face so well. He new I was worried, knew I was in extreme pain and releaved thinking my diagnosis was much worse but still critical.
I was given the best care ever from an ER. My total time there was 3 hours and none of it was waiting for someone to come in but for my iv to finish each med drip.
I will highly recommend this ER. They are outstanding!!!!

Went into the exam room, nurse was awesome and then the Doctor entered and was knowledgeable regarding my condition, explained what he was going to recommend and very professional! I would highly recommend them!

I have been to this ER 3 times in the last few months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are always extremely polite, informative and never seem bothered by all my questions. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes before seeing a doctor after I arrive. I even take 2 year old to this location and they are great with her. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give all 10, can't say enough good things about this location and their staff.

After being sick for a couple of days and going to my private doctors office to find that he was closed due to an emergency, I came here for relief. The atmosphere was great. Michelle at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous. I was seen in a timely manner and was out of there feeling better because of the staff. Dr. Hall was awesome and so was the nurse and tech. This is the best Emergency Center ever.

Absolutely an excellent experience. In to see the doctor within minutes of arrival. This was of utmost importance to us given my son was having an allergic reaction. Dr. Scott was fantastic and his common sense, no nonsense approach helped us understand what we we were dealing with very clearly, no medical jargon to go look up later to clarify. The staff was professional and everyone worked well with each other. We have been here a few times and always the same positive experience. Unlike a visit once to a local competitor, care here is humanized, centered around the well being of the patient and not maximizing profit for the company. I appreciate the service and while I always hope not to have to visit again, clearly it will be my first choice.

I was having flu like symptoms and decided to visit Emergency Care Center. I walked in at 10:30; I was placed in a room before I could write my address on the paperwork; and I was walking out of the door at 11:15. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor were very pleasant. Although I feel bad, my experience was wonderful! This was my second time visiting and the experience was great the first time as well. I would recommend others to choose Emergency Care Center if they are seeking great experienced care.

My family has used this care center numerous times for various ailments and injuries. We always come here because we get an right away and cared for quickly. The staff is professional,knowledgeable and friendly and they work quickly to get you the care you need,which is the most important factor to me. The facility itself is clean and nicely decorated and has the capability to run many tests,so that you can get a diagnosis quickly.

It seems I visit these great Americans at least once or twice a year. They are always really helpful, professional, sincere and have great bedside manner. They get me in and out of my favorite room in very little time. I am a Veteran and they have no problems with my government insurance.

This is the second time I have taken one of my children to Texas Emergency Care Center, and both times were each an exceptional experience all things considered. My son had to get stitches and before I could even start the paperwork they had already completed the procedure (while being extremely patient even with my boy trying out for scream factory, lol). I hope I never have to take my children back to any emergency care facilities, however if I do this will be the place I would go to first!! Thank you once again to ALL of the staff, nurses and doctors on duty today! Totally on point and I definitely recommend everytime!!

Everyone was very attentive and accommodating. Thank goodness for a 23 hour facility in my community. I was in so much pain this morning and staff made me feel at ease. My anxiety was high because I've never had a sprain ankle. It hurt something awful!! I appreciate everyone for making my visit as pleasant as possible. I'm glad to be at home with my left leg propped up. Thank you staff!!

Went into Texas Emergency Care today for a bite on my right knee. Walked in the young lady at front desk Mitzi J was very quick getting me checked in and they were calling me back before I started filling out my first page of demographics. The doctor who was on call was Dr. Hall. looked at my knee and gave me few options to fix the bite. I took the easy way out took the meds . Great place to be seen . Highly recommended!!!!!

It was Saturday morning and my doctor's office was closed until Monday. I was 2 weeks post-op from spinal surgery and a very painful kidney infection reared it's ugly head. My husband brought me to the Atascocita location, it's close to our house. In addition to being close to our house, I'd been there before and they were able to look at my chart in their computer. From the time we got there and until whenl we left, all of the employees were awesome. There was little to no waiting, everyone was so helpful, efficient and friendly.
